Are your fragrances 100% authentic?

Yes, we guarantee that all products sold on Lattafa Pakistan are 100% genuine and sourced directly from the manufacturer or authorized distributors.

What are the shipping charges across Pakistan?

We offer flat-rate shipping nationwide. Delivery is free for orders above PKR 5,000, while a nominal fee is charged for smaller orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders within Karachi are typically delivered within 24-48 hours. For other cities across Pakistan, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery services throughout Pakistan. You can also pay via bank transfer or credit/debit card at the time of checkout.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if the product remains unopened and in its original shrink-wrapped packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened fragrances cannot be returned.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email which you can use on our courier partner's website to monitor your delivery status.
